C. TrueDepth API Information
If you enable features that use Apple’s TrueDepth API, we collect face and head movement data from your device’s TrueDepth camera solely for the purpose of enabling facial tracking, expression animation, and augmented-reality experiences within the Ai MetaHuman app.
Important Notes:
TrueDepth data is processed in real time only on your device.
This data is never stored, never transmitted to our servers, and never shared with any third parties.
The data is used exclusively to animate or control on-device visual effects (e.g., digital avatars, facial gestures, or MetaHuman motion capture).
We do not use TrueDepth data for identification, authentication, profiling, or advertising.
This disclosure fully complies with Apple’s TrueDepth API privacy requirements under App Store Guideline 5.1.1.
